Run For God

Run for God is a FREE 12 week training program that prepares participants to run or walk their first 5k or 10k road race. The training program is designed especially for those who have never run before, but also includes plans for walkers and more experienced runners! At NTBC, we offer a 5k walk team, 5k beginner run team, 5k advanced run team, and 10k run team. The program includes three workouts each week and a Run for God clinic on Sunday nights- this is where you will learn all you need to know about running for God and a whole lot more! You may join our three scheduled group runs/walks each week (see below) or you may complete all or some of your runs/walks on your own schedule yet remain connected to the team through our Run for God clinics, accountability teams/partners, and our private Facebook group. Run for God is suitable for ages six and up and we encourage you to participate as a family whenever possible (running strollers are ok too!). With four teams to choose from, a family friendly environment, and both day and evening schedules available, RFG@NTBC has something for everyone and every ability level!
